July 2026

Edition 02 | July 2026

At the Source

Last month, we introduced our new direction. This month, we're bringing it to life.

As touchless wellness continues to evolve, so do the conversations surrounding it. The questions are becoming more practical, the expectations are growing, and operators are looking for guidance they can trust.

That's exactly why we've launched At the Source.

More than a webinar series, it's a place where experts, innovators and operators come together to explore the real opportunities, challenges and practicalities of integrating touchless wellness into hospitality and wellness environments.

Our first session on the 27th July at 3pm will feature Sentinel, who joins the TWA not only as a Trust Partner, but also as part of our growing Education Board. Together, we'll be exploring one of the most important topics facing our industry today: how operators can make informed decisions around safety, evidence and due diligence when introducing new technologies.

Because as this sector grows, confidence becomes just as valuable as innovation.

Signals from the Source

A few developments that caught our attention this month…

Building confidence through research

One of the most encouraging signs for the touchless wellness sector is the continued focus on strengthening the evidence base.

TWA partner Human Regenerator has taken an important step forward with the registration of a clinical study exploring the impact of its Human Regenerator Jet on quality of life, including areas such as wellbeing, chronic stress, fatigue and pain.

It's another positive example of technology providers investing in research to help build understanding and confidence across the wider industry.

Why it matters

As operators continue exploring touchless wellness, access to credible research and transparent information will play an increasingly important role in helping businesses make informed decisions.

Event Highlights

Longevity continues to gather momentum

The Longevity Show once again demonstrated just how quickly this sector is evolving. From preventative health and recovery to diagnostics and performance optimisation, the conversations are becoming increasingly relevant to hospitality and wellness businesses looking to broaden their offering.

Erin had the opportunity to attend alongside TWA partner NADclinic, spending time with exhibitors, clinicians and innovators exploring the future of longevity.

One thing became very clear...

The worlds of longevity, wellness and hospitality are no longer developing separately. They're beginning to merge.

Why it matters

Guests are becoming more informed and increasingly interested in experiences that support long-term wellbeing. Operators who understand this shift today will be better placed to meet tomorrow's expectations.

The conversation continues across Europe

It's been a busy few weeks across the industry, with both European Spa and Spa Life International bringing together operators, suppliers and thought leaders from across the wellness sector.

It was fantastic to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new members and hear first-hand the challenges and opportunities shaping our industry.

While every conversation was different, one theme kept surfacing...

Technology on its own isn't the destination. It's how it's integrated, understood and delivered that makes the difference.

Why it matters

The strongest wellness experiences are being created where innovation is supported by education, thoughtful design and operational confidence.

From The Association

Since launching our new manifesto, we've been focused on turning vision into action.

That means creating practical education, building stronger partnerships and helping operators navigate what can often feel like a rapidly changing landscape.

Over the coming months you'll see us placing even greater emphasis on:

  • Practical education designed for real-world implementation.

  • Expanding our Education Board with trusted industry expertise.

  • Bringing together partners to demonstrate integrated wellness solutions.

  • Sharing more stories, case studies and practical examples from across our growing community.

Because our role isn't simply to talk about the future.

It's to help the industry prepare for it.

Community spotlight

Looking towards Florida...

We're excited to be exploring a new collaboration with IECSC Florida, creating another opportunity to connect the TWA community with an international audience.

The proposed partnership includes:

  • 20% discounted admission for TWA members using code PMTWA20.

  • Preferential exhibition rates for TWA supplier partners.

  • Cross-promotion between both organisations.

  • Increased visibility for the TWA across the event.

  • Book your ticket here.

We'll share further details as plans develop, but it's another exciting step in helping our members connect with the global wellness community.

In Practice

The strongest operators aren't asking,

"Which technology should we buy?"

They're asking,

"How do we create the best possible wellness experience?"

That's a very different conversation.

It's about designing journeys rather than individual treatments.

It's about supporting therapists as much as guests.

It's about choosing partners who bring education, evidence and long-term value alongside innovation.

Those are the conversations we believe will shape the next generation of wellness.

From Erin's Desk".

"Every event I attend reminds me that people aren't looking for more technology - they're looking for more clarity. That's exactly what we're committed to creating through the TWA, and I'm excited to keep bringing those conversations to you through At the Source. Thank you for being part of this growing community."

Until next time...

The pace of innovation in wellness shows no sign of slowing.

What's changing now is the quality of the conversation around it.

We're proud to be building a community where ideas are shared openly, questions are welcomed and innovation is supported by education, collaboration and trust.

Thank you for being part of that journey.
