Erin Lee is the dynamic Founder of the Touchless Wellness Association, a visionary at the forefront of redefining well-being. Simultaneously, she serves as a trailblazing Heat Experience & Halotherapy Consultant at Koru Wellness Ltd, where her passion revolves around the transformative power of Salt and Halotherapy.
Erin's commitment extends beyond professional expertise—she is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses unearth the profound benefits of integrating and embracing touchless wellness technologies.
A guiding force in the world of touchless wellness, Erin amalgamates passion, expertise, and a genuine desire to make well-being universally accessible. As the Founder of the Touchless Wellness Association, Owner of Koru Wellness Ltd, Global Advisor & Design Consultant for Halotherapy Solutions and Founder of the UK Halotherapy Network, Erin stands as a luminary shaping the landscape of wellness innovation and accessibility.

Alina Hernandez is an award-winning Wellness concept creator, Gharieni Group Advisory Board member, Co-Chair of the Mental Wellness Initiative of the Global Wellness Institute, Mayo Clinic certified Health Coach, Somatic Movement practitioner and published author.
Alina is known for her thought leadership in the Wellness industry.
She is a contributor to the 2023 Spa Business Handbook, on the future of Spa and Wellness, and is a pioneer in Guest Journeys and menus in the emerging Touchless Wellness area. She consults in various industry projects including the development of an innovative Wellness Community bringing her multi and interdisciplinary approach, to deliver a truly holistic approach.
Her passion and commitment fuels the desire to continue to raise the bar on Wellbeing bringing a high level of depth and richness to the consumer Wellness experience.
Nigel Franklyn recently named Global Wellness Personality of the Year, Nigel is The Spa Whisperer: a unique visionary, strategic creative, wellness innovator and veteran of the global luxury wellness industry, renowned for his innovative approach to concept creation and development, and wellness design.

Nigel fluidly incorporates increasing demands for both science-focused wellbeing and emotional, transformative wellness experiences.
Nigel re-energizes and redefines holistic practices by developing concepts and spaces that are able to harness the benefits and advancements of science in an environment of mindfulness and wellbeing.

Nigel has spent 25 years working extensively around the world with some of the most iconic and exciting luxury hospitality and wellness groups in the industry. He is also the co-founder of Moss Wellness Consultancy and MOSS of the ISLES.
Sam is a well-known and trusted figure in the spa and wellness industry with 30 years’ experience across luxury spas, skincare brands, education development and operations. She has supported leading brands and hotel groups throughout her career, improving guest experience and strengthening teams, and is recognised for her ability to simplify complex concepts and guide meaningful growth.
At Touchless Wellness Association, Sam leads the development of our Education Hub and supports supplier and partnership pathways, helping ensure touchless wellness is understood, effective and easy to integrate across the industry.

Ms. Berry has served the spa and wellness industry since 1992 and began her career as a massage therapist, esthetician and aromatherapist in the UK. Her path since then has involved
teaching and leading others at sea and on land at luxury spas, resorts and wellness facilities globally. Berry now specializes in education and supports the training efforts for international brands by offering high quality training covering in depth product knowledge, specialized techniques and bespoke designed treatment offerings.
She is the founder of Wellness Education Hub based in San Diego that she created to offer high-quality, curated training all over the world upon request. Berry was awarded the “2018 Women in Wellness Educator & Trainer of the Year '' by American Spa. She serves as Wellness Advisory Board Member for the elite Bellus Academy Group that provides industry licensure together with mentoring students and teaching them the skill sets they need to be successful and current by keeping their curriculums in line with industry trends. Berry is a Global Educator for Christine Clinton Cancer Care specializing in the education of Oncology Esthetics and Massage for luxury wellness destinations and spas all over the world.
Dedicated and incredibly passionate about contributing to the industry that she loves, Berry has worked hard over the last 30+ years to learn all the facets of her calling so that she can deliver education with a well-balanced and knowledgeable approach.
