Erin Lee is the dynamic Founder of the Touchless Wellness Association, a visionary at the forefront of redefining well-being. Simultaneously, she serves as a trailblazing Heat Experience & Halotherapy Consultant at Koru Wellness Ltd, where her passion revolves around the transformative power of Salt and Halotherapy.
Erin's commitment extends beyond professional expertise—she is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses unearth the profound benefits of integrating and embracing touchless wellness technologies.
A guiding force in the world of touchless wellness, Erin amalgamates passion, expertise, and a genuine desire to make well-being universally accessible. As the Founder of the Touchless Wellness Association, Owner of Koru Wellness Ltd, Global Advisor & Design Consultant for Halotherapy Solutions and Founder of the UK Halotherapy Network, Erin stands as a luminary shaping the landscape of wellness innovation and accessibility.

Alina is an award-winning Wellness concept creator, Gharieni Group Advisory Board member, Co-Chair of the Mental Wellness Initiative of the Global Wellness Institute, Mayo Clinic certified Health Coach, Somatic Movement practitioner and published author.
Alina is known for her thought leadership in the Wellness industry.
She is a contributor to the 2023 Spa Business Handbook, on the future of Spa and Wellness, and is a pioneer in Guest Journeys and menus in the emerging Touchless Wellness area. She consults in various industry projects including the development of an innovative Wellness Community bringing her multi and interdisciplinary approach, to deliver a truly holistic approach.
Her passion and commitment fuels the desire to continue to raise the bar on Wellbeing bringing a high level of depth and richness to the consumer Wellness experience.
Recently named Global Wellness Personality of the Year, Nigel Franklyn is The Spa Whisperer: a unique visionary, strategic creative, wellness innovator and veteran of the global luxury wellness industry, renowned for his innovative approach to concept creation and development, and wellness design.

Nigel has spent 25 years working extensively around the world with some of the most iconic and exciting luxury hospitality and wellness groups in the industry. He is also the co-founder of Moss Wellness Consultancy and MOSS of the ISLES.
Our team
Sam is a well-known and trusted figure in the spa and wellness industry with 30 years’ experience across luxury spas, skincare brands, education development and operations. She has supported leading brands and hotel groups throughout her career, improving guest experience and strengthening teams, and is recognised for her ability to simplify complex concepts and guide meaningful growth.
At Touchless Wellness Association, Sam leads the development of our Education Hub and supports supplier and partnership pathways, helping ensure touchless wellness is understood, effective and easy to integrate across the industry.
